The BugHerd experience for clients

There's two ways to share your project work with clients.

1. Invite them as a client to your project
2. Share a specific website, design or document with them via a link.

Clients that you invite to your project are guided through the process of getting started with BugHerd. This on-boarding experience will take them through;

• Installing the BugHerd Browser Extension (if needed for your project)
• A short introductory video on how to use BugHerd, which you can watch here:
  
  

When you invite your clients to give feedback on your Project they don't need to set up an account before giving feedback. They will need to provide a name and email, so you know who is leaving the feedback.

They'll also be sent a Welcome email, which enables them to complete setting up an account at a time that suits them.
