The new feedback experience for clients and guests

 From 1 August, the sidebar on your website that you use to give feedback will have a slightly different look and feel. 

You can still leave feedback on a specific part of the page, the entire page or leave video feedback. This video takes you through the changes.

Getting started with the new sidebar

If you go to your web page and the BugHerd sidebar doesn't appear, you might need to log into BugHerd again.

1. Go to https://bugherd.com/ and click login.
   
2. The My Projects window appears. 
3. Click on the page you want to leave feedback on. (There may only be one choice). You'll be taken to the page and be able to leave feedback using the new sidebar.

If the new sidebar still doesn't appear, try pressing the shortcut keys:
ctrl + alt + B (Windows), or 
cmd + control + B (Mac)
