Getting Started with BugHerd

Welcome to BugHerd, the easy way to collect and manage feedback from your team, clients and other stakeholders.

We've created an easy checklist to help you get started, that includes watching this video of what to expect.

Work through your checklist

There are a couple of things you need to do to get BugHerd set up for you. Click on the links below to find out more information about these steps.

  1. Add a website, design, PDF or image.
  2. Give and manage feedback.
    See how easy it is to leave feedback using BugHerd and then head to your task board to manage it to completion.
  3. Invite others to join you
    Invite your team in to manage feedback as a member of your organisation. Invite your clients in as client users. 
    The main difference between members and clients is whether they have access to your entire BugHerd project board.
  4. Set up an integration
    Connect BugHerd with Slack, to get notifications through to a specific channel, or combine BugHerd with a range of project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com or Asana.

Don’t stress, we'll step you through the process of getting started with the helpful in-product onboarding guide. You just need to complete each step, and move on to the next one.
