- Last updated on June 11, 2024 at 5:32 AM
See how easy it is to collect and manage feedback with BugHerd.
Now you've seen BugHerd in action and left some feedback, it's time to finish setting up BugHerd and collect and manage feedback from clients and stakeholders.
Complete your checklist
There are a couple of things you need to do to get BugHerd set up for you. Click on the links below to find out more information about these steps.
- Add a website, design, PDF or image.
- Get the extension or install the Javascript code
BugHerd requires either some javascript included in the header of your website, or a browser extension. Choose the option that suits you, your team and your clients best. - Invite others to join you
Invite your team in to manage feedback as a member of your organisation. Invite your clients in to leave feedback as a guest user.
The main difference between members and guests is whether they have access to your BugHerd project board. - Set up an integration
Connect BugHerd with Slack, to get notifications through to a specific channel, or combine BugHerd with a range of project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com or Asana.
Don’t stress, we'll step you through the process of getting started with the helpful in-product onboarding guide. Just need to complete each step, and move on to the next one.
If you get stuck, or want extra help, you can book a demo with the team, contact us at support@bugherd.com or read through our help docs.
