Single Sign On (or SSO) allows you to sign in to BugHerd with your own work login information, such as Google, Office365 or whatever login authentication your company uses. Single Sign On improves the security of your BugHerd account, makes it easier for you to log in, and best of all means 1 less password for you to remember!
How to Login with SSO
Once your organisation is set up with Single Sign On, you can start logging in to BugHerd using your SSO login.
Logging in with SSO for the first time:
Step 1 - Make sure you're logged out of BugHerd.
Step 2 - Click Login from the BugHerd home page of the website (bugherd.com)
Step 3 - Select "Log in with SSO"
Step 4 - The "Login to your Organization" screen appears. Enter your Org URL and click "Continue". You should have received this from the person who set up SSO for your company.
What's my organisations URL?
You organisations URL is required to log in using SSO. You should receive this from the person who set up SSO for your BugHerd organisation. Contact them if you haven't received this.
You can also contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information about your organisations URL, if needed.
Step 5 - You should now be taken to your company's own login screen, simply follow the instructions to login. Alternatively, if you are already logged in to your company login you might just skip right through. Either way, you will now be Logged in to BugHerd. Easy!
