Why is BugHerd blocked from loading on my website?

There can be a few reasons why the BugHerd sidebar is blocked from appearing in your browser.
1. Ad blockers are enabled on your browser
If you have an Ad Blocker enabled on your browser this will prevent BugHerd from being able to load for you. To allow the BugHerd JavaScript to work, disable your Ad Blocker and restart your browser before opening the website again.
2. A content security policy CSP is in place on your website
If the website you're using BugHerd on has a Content Security Policy (CSP), you'll need to add the following domains in order for the BugHerd Sidebar to appear:
- bugherd-attachments.s3.amazonaws.com
- ws.pusherapp.com
- fonts.googleapis.com
- d2iiunr5ws5ch1.cloudfront.net
- screenshots.bugherd.com
This is something you will need to get your developer or website administrator to configure on the web server.
If you still seeing this error after following the steps above please make sure you restart your browser before trying again.
