Why does my screenshot not look as expected?

There can be a few reasons why a screenshot does not look as expected for your task. 

1. Ad blocking extensions

If ad-blockers are installed, screenshots may not capture properly, leading to issues like missing styles. Try disabling ad-blockers, restarting your browser, and retaking the screenshot.

2. Modal popups

If your site has a modal that appears on page load, it may be captured in screenshots taken using BugHerd’s JavaScript snippet. To avoid this, try using the BugHerd extension instead.

3. Maybe it's something else entirely?
