Re-Install Browser Extensions

Sometimes we might ask you to reinstall your browser extension to receive an update or help us investigate your issue. Follow the steps below to reinstall the extension in your preferred browser:

Google Chrome

  1. Navigate to the BugHerd extension in Chrome by clicking copying this url and pasting it in your browser:  
    chrome://extensions/?id=popigpemobhbfkhnnkllkjgkaabedgpb
  2. Scroll down the page until you reach 'Remove extension'
  3. Click 'Remove extension'
  4. An popup will appear saying 'Remove BugHerd Plus', click 'Remove'
  5. Navigate to the BugHerd extension in the Chrome Web Store: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/bugherd-plus/popigpemobhbfkhnnkllkjgkaabedgpb
  6. Click 'Add to Chrome' in the upper right of the window
