What is LambdaTest?

LambdaTest is a cloud-based platform that lets you test your website or web application across multiple browser and operating system combinations at the same time.

Ensure your website or web app is pixel perfect for all visitors and app users by thoroughly testing your website or application on every brower and device. LambdaTest lets you take screenshots, record videos, and perform live interactive testing, all from one platform.

How this integration works

The LambdaTest and BugHerd Integrations lets you send issues found in the LambdaTest platform straight to your BugHerd project. Assign it to a team member, set a severity all from the test session in LambdaTest.

The task in BugHerd will show all the information about the browser and operating system you were testing in and a screenshot of the bug or issue.

How to install

  1. Log in to your LambdaTest account. You'll need to be an Admin or User to set up the integration.
  2. Select Settings from the menu on the left-hand side, then select Integrations. A list of applications for integration appears.
  3. Under Bug Tracker, select BugHerd and click Add.
  4. The Integration window appears. You need to get your API token from BugHerd to continue. To get your API token:
    1. Log in to BugHerd.
    2. Open Settings.
    3. In the General tab, copy the API key under Authentication Token.
  5. Go back to LambdaTest and paste the API token in the API Token field.
