BugHerd and Drupal
- Last updated on November 29, 2023 at 4:24 AM
If your site is built using the popular Drupal open source content management platform you can now install BugHerd in minutes! Supported versions of Drupal are Drupal 8/9/10 Port, Drupal 7 Port and realityloop Drupal 6 Backport.
Find the module here: http://drupal.org/project/bugherd. To install a Drupal module, please follow these instructions.
After installing the module, we recommend adding "Access BugHerd" permissions for everyone, as shown below. Note that BugHerd has its own built-in security which means the sidebar won't be shown to users whom you haven't granted access on your project.
Remember to click Save permissions at the bottom of the page.
Before you will see BugHerd on your site, you need to configure the project key and enable the options you want:
Obtain the project key as follows:
- Log into bugherd.com and go to the project you wish to install on your site.
- Click Project Settings to the Left Side of the Task board and select Edit Project.
- Your API Key is located under Project Key. Copy this key.
- Paste the code into the BugHerd Project key field in Drupal
A huge thanks to Mellenger Interactive for contributing this Drupal module to the community of BugHerders and Drupalers!
