If you’ve received the following error message, you need to update your computer permissions before you can leave video feedback with BugHerd.
To update your Mac OS permissions to allow microphone and screen sharing:
Go to the Apple menu and select System Preferences. The System Preferences window appears.
Select Security and Privacy, then go to the Privacy tab.
You may need to click the lock before you can make changes.
Click microphone or screen recording, depending on which preferences you want to change.A list of apps appear.
Click the checkbox next to the app you want to give permission to.
