If you have previously blocked access to your microphone, you will need to enable it in your Google Chrome settings to use it again.
Click the information or lock icon next to the URL in the toolbar. Then, from the 'Microphone' dropdown, select 'Allow'.
You'll need to refresh your page for these changes to take effect.
