If you're seeing this message the BugHerd account you are currently logged in as doesn't have access to the BugHerd project for the website you're currently looking at.
There can be several reasons that this could occur, here's the most common ones...
The project owner hasn't invited you to the project yet
Maybe they used the wrong email address to invite you or haven't got around to inviting you yet. Either way, the best thing to do is contact the person in charge of the project and get them to double check they've invited you.
You should also double check that the account that you're logged in as on BugHerd is the one you have asked them to invite you with.
You're logged in to a different account than you expected
To resolve this, go to BugHerd.com and logout, then login as the account you are expecting to use.
