For the first time since we launched in 2011 we have increased BugHerd prices.
The new pricing goes into effect immediately for both new customers and customers migrating between plans. You can view the new pricing here.
Current users will not be affected by this change until Feb 1 2020.
This is not a decision we take lightly. In the 8 years since we launched, we've never once raised prices. This change is driven by the consistently increasing costs of providing a service and will be used to support our ongoing development efforts.
We have achieved some great work recently including:
- A refresh of the BugHerd UI
- Screenshot annotation
- Custom branding
- Improved the guest/client experience
- An all-new Zapier integration
- Keyboard shortcuts for capturing bugs
Coming soon, we also have some long-awaited changes, including:
- Custom columns on the kanban board
- Bulk actions
- A broader range of integrations
We greatly appreciate your continued business and support through this time of growth and change.
If you have any further questions or concerns regarding the price increase or anything else BugHerd related for that matter, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Sincerely,
Stephen Neville
CEO @ BugHerd
