You can collect and manage feedback on websites, Figma prototypes, images and PDFs.

Here's how to add websites and upload, rename, group and delete deliverables in BugHerd.

Upload a Figma design

Before you can upload a Figma design, you need to allow BugHerd access to your Figma account.

  1. Click Upload file and select Add Figma file.
  2. Allow BugHerd to access your Figma account by clicking Allow access.

To upload a Figma file:

  1. Click Upload file and select Add Figma file.
  2. Copy and paste the URL of the Figma file you want to get feedback on.
    1. To copy the URL, Open Figma and select the page you want to share. Click Share, then Copy link.
  3. Click Sync. Select the screens you want to upload. BugHerd will import the screens as images, ready for review.

Upload an image or PDF

To upload an image or PDF to your Design Assets folder, click Upload file and select the images or files you want to add. You can upload a single image or multiple images at once.  Files can be jpg, png, svg or webp.

Group and Ungroup assets

Organise your assets into groups for easier management and sharing.

To create a group, click the ellipses (...) and select Add to Group, then Create a group

To add another asset to a group, click the ellipses (...) and select Add to Group, then select the Group from the list.

To remove an asset from a group, click the ellipses (...) and select Remove. This removes the asset from the group and returns it to the Ungrouped section of the Design Assets tab.

Rename a file

You can rename a figma file, image or PDF after it's been uploaded to BugHerd.

Click the ellipses (...) and select Rename.

You can delete files that are no longer required. Click the ellipses (...) and select Delete.

Archive a deliverable

If you no longer need an asset, you can archive it. Click the ellipses (...) on the asset and select Archive.

The asset is moved to the Asset Archive.

You can unarchive it from there, if required.
