Sometimes when a project comes to a close, you don't really need to have the project on your account anymore and yet deleting it completely seems so "final".
Luckily, there's an easy way to export your project so that even after everything is done, you can still have a copy of work for your records.
Just click Settings in the left-hand column and choose Export bugs.
If you encounter issues receiving the export email, first check your spam folder and then contact [email protected] for assistance. Sometimes, export emails for larger projects might take some more time to process.
To ensure successful receipt of export emails, always maintain an updated email address in your profile settings. You can update your email under Profile Settings, save the changes, and re-run the export process.
