When you complete your project and no longer need to gather feedback using BugHerd, disabling your project is a good idea for a few reasons...
It stops the BugHerd sidebar from appearing on your site.
Disabled projects are hidden by default on your My Projects page, helping you focus on active work.
To view disabled projects, click the Filter button and select 'Disabled projects' or 'All projects'.
You can re-enable it anytime to pick up right where you left off.
How to Disable or Enable a Project
You can enable or disable a project in two ways:
Option 1: From the My Projects Page
Go to your My Projects page.
Click the ••• (More Options) button next to the project.
Select Enable or Disable.
Option 2: From the Project
Open a project in BugHerd.
Go to Settings > Disable/Delete Project.
Toggle the Enable/Disable Project switch.
That’s it, you’re good to go! 😁
