When you complete your project and no longer need to gather feedback using BugHerd, disabling your project is a good idea for a few reasons...

  • It stops the BugHerd sidebar from appearing on your site.

  • Disabled projects are hidden by default on your My Projects page, helping you focus on active work.

    • To view disabled projects, click the Filter button and select 'Disabled projects' or 'All projects'.

  • You can re-enable it anytime to pick up right where you left off.

How to Disable or Enable a Project

You can enable or disable a project in two ways:

Option 1: From the My Projects Page

  1. Go to your My Projects page.

  2. Click the ••• (More Options) button next to the project.

  3. Select Enable or Disable.

Option 2: From the Project

  1. Open a project in BugHerd.

  2. Go to Settings > Disable/Delete Project.

  3. Toggle the Enable/Disable Project switch.

That’s it, you’re good to go! 😁
